SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Occasionally we have to make substitutions to ensure your arrangement is delivered on time due to the availability of certain flowers and plants.  Care is taken to maintain the whole style, theme and color scheme using flowers of equal or greater value.  We will attempt to best match the flower type, we may substitute it with another color.

A local delivery of a minimum of $10.00 dollars will be added to each order and address. Other cities will be show on delivery fees box.

Orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. to ensure same-day delivery. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be delivered the next business day.

In cases when no one's home to accept the arrangement, if weather permitting, we will leave it in a safe area close to your front porch or door and we will leave a tag on their door to let them know we were there.  If not, we will call the recipient, leave a tag on the door to inform them that we were there and to contact us.

We will do our best to deliver at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it, especially on busy major holidays.

We are closed on Sundays and delivery is not available unless it is a funeral order placed at least a day before Sunday.  Any other delivery received on Sunday will be delivered Monday.

Funeral orders require extra lead time.  Please fill the Special Instruction Box so we may best accommodate your needs and requests, this also goes for busy holiday times. We recommend to place your orders several days in advance.

We accept Out of State Orders.  A minimum of $50.00 is required for delivery.

We deliver to all Local Hospitals, Nursing and Retirement Homes and Funeral Homes as well as the surrounding cities.
